Receive equipment purchase invoices and unit numbers from Management/Purchaser.

Provide weekly email updates and analytics to the Management team.

Proficiency in using CDK Intellidealer system or similar inventory management software.

Provide the Sales Team and Manager with a comprehensive photo package.

Schedule weekly meetings with the Service Manager to review current prep statuses.

Previous experience in sales coordination or equipment logistics preferred.

Assist in the coordination, planning, scheduling of logistics associated with the management of land development projects.

Communicate project health and performance, flagging any constraints or issues impacting the project to the Development Manager.

Background in real estate development, urban planning or construction industries with a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience.

College Diploma - Minimum formal education.

Knowledge of municipal review and approval process.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Conduct thorough product demonstrations and technical presentations to address client requirements effectively.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on their specific needs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a technical or engineering capacity.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Experience Level: At least 5 years

Possess extensive knowledge of hockey fundamentals and development tactics.

Experience working in a sports environment, having developed and implemented development programs would be an asset
