Proven 4+ years of work experience as Sales Professional, in a SAAS space preferred.

Experience in prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics

Pleasant communication and committed negotiation skills

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data

Analyze customer data and work with front-line staff to identify areas for improvement and manage small enhancements

Create and maintain detailed product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS product environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to key stakeholders

Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers

Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualify all inbound lead requests to generate opportunities

Reach out to prospective customers via phone and email

· Sound knowledge and experience in business analysis methodology, project execution and business process management

· Experience with business intelligence & analytics, data management

· Knowledge and experience with large scale multifunctional IT implementation initiatives.

· Work across various business capabilities while depicting relationships between the business outcomes and various system components.

· Responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis for complex business transformation initiatives.

· Prepare Business Requirements Documents, including functional/non-functional requirements.
