Overview Regulatory Compliance Analysts are responsible for ensuring that organizations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They are responsible for researching and interpreting laws and regulations, developing and implementing compliance programs, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description Regulatory Compliance Analysts are responsible for researching and interpreting laws and regulations, developing and implementing compliance programs, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They must be knowledgeable of the laws and regulations that apply to their organization and be able to identify potential areas of non-compliance. They must be able to develop and implement compliance programs that are tailored to the organization’s specific needs. They must also be able to monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations and take corrective action when necessary. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
• Relevant experience in regulatory compliance
• Professional certification in regulatory compliance (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM))
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of compliance programs and procedures
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Knowledge of auditing principles and practices
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in regulatory compliance
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
• Experience in monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Experience in identifying potential areas of non-compliance
Job Responsibilities
• Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance programs
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Identify potential areas of non-compliance
• Take corrective action when necessary
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities
