Experience and/or training in graphic design, visual design, user experience and/or video production for communication

Accreditation or certification in communications, public relations or marketing

Demonstrated ability to leverage strong relational and project management skills to work with internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment

Use the department’s standard project management system to maintain accurate and robust project information

Create strategies and action plans, and identify resource requirements and timelines for public engagement

Monitor, report and evaluate participation in and participant experience of public engagement activities

Experience as a facilitator and in planning and delivering meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in inclusive approaches (such as Gender Based Analysis or other) to engagement

Wildlife management experience including project development, field work for data collection, data analysis, reporting, conveying management recommendations.

Experience in choice theory (Human Dimensions) as applied to First Nations relations and wildlife management.

Engaging First Nations on wildlife management programs or projects.

Experience in conducting environmental monitoring and assessments.

Experience interpreting and applying natural resource related legislation and policy in BC.

Experience preparing and submitting professional documents (e.g., briefing notes, information notes, early-warning notes, minister response letters).

Minimum of five (5) years of *related experience.

Experience as representative or liaison of an organization responding to and working with a variety of media outlets.

Experience leading professional services and managing relationships with external organizations and partners.

Experience in creating and delivering executive-level presentations for the purpose of decision making.

Experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders and leading organizational change associated with implementation.

Experience giving live appearances on TV, Radio, and social media.

Minimum of 3 years' related experience must include a combination of all the following:

Experience working in public engagement, facilitation, and/or communications.

Experience in policy development and analyzing engagement results.

Experience establishing and managing positive relationships with senior staff.

Experience writing reports and briefings for approval by senior executive.

Certification in International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) and/or courses in public engagement, public relations or communications.

Key Qualifications, Abilities and Skills

Support the development of strategies, processes, and tactics to drive best in class stakeholder experiences, and

Knowledge of the financial services industry would be an asset.

Work closely with the Vice President, Strategic Planning, Engagement & Analytics, and other CBA colleagues, to ensure member engagement and satisfaction,

Identifies opportunities to strengthen business analysis and reporting in support of member bank engagement and satisfaction,

Provides reporting support and insights to support CBA strategic planning and ongoing policy development and advocacy objectives,

Experience conducting research and analysis related to land use, resource management, social or economic development issues.

Bring your strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills to help implement a new vision for forest management.

One (1) year of *related work experience*.

Related work experience* must include each of the following, within the past 10 years:

Experience working with First Nations, in a Government-to-Government or community context.

At least one (1) year of experience leading/coordinating consultation/engagement or negotiation with First Nations.

Strong project management abilities along with experience in and understanding of large, public company with operations in multiple regions

Bring your sharp analytical skills to quickly analyze complex situations and use good judgement in determining relevant content for employees

Supports efforts to the gather qualitative and quantitative research to improve communication and outreach to Public Awareness audiences

Assists in the preparation for public awareness audits by federal or state regulators and responses to regulatory requests.

Assists with the gathering and submission of data to the ESG team on an annual basis

Collection of documentation and data, to include entry into applicable databases

Experience in leadership roles in a stakeholder management environment.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Experience at a senior level leading major projects of large scale and complexity that have multiple project delivery components.

Experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders and executives in support of corporate and/or corporate mandated goals.

Experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with a diverse group of partners and stakeholders.

Experience collaborating effectively with partners and stakeholders to initiate fundamental and substantive change to existing policies, programs, or legislation.

3.Develops and lead the implementation of a public engagement training program for City management and staff.

•Demonstrated ability to deal with issues management and conflict resolution in a political environment.

7.Develops and manage a comprehensive online engagement strategy.

•Experience in a variety of public engagement functions, including designing and implementing engagement processes and programs.

•Experience helping people work together.

•Experience leading and managing change, building organizational talent, and empowering people to achieve outcomes.
