Analyse data, systems and situations to formulate recommendations for the continuous development of the Bank's asset and liability management (ALM) capabilities.

Knowledge of rules and regulations related to liquidity risk management (Basel III).

University degree with business and finance/IT focus.

Significant experience in property management accounting is essential.

Experience in property management or real estate;

Manage the building budget and expenses, including reviewing invoices, paying bills, and reporting to the Vice President, Property Management;

Certificate or diploma in multi-residential property management or other asset management course in related field is an asset;

A seasoned risk professional with 4 - 5 years of risk management, operations, finance and/or audit experience

5+ years of asset management planning experience

Asset management software experience, preferably AssetPlanner Asset Planning Module

Asset life cycle management experience
