Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a position providing administrative support

Ability to efficiently prioritize job requirements and work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Recent certification in BLS or willing to obtain

Working in conveyor picking stations removing unwanted material from product stream

Cleaning production areas, including shoveling, scraping and sweeping

Assisting operators with maintenance and repairs of equipment

Assist with shop and yard cleanliness by removing debris and picking-up metal from various places throughout the facility

Any other reasonable request made by Management.

College or University graduate requirement.

3 years of manufacturing experience in an automotive environment. With previous leadership experience.

Strong leadership skills are a must with the ability to make sound decisions.

Perform the duties of the Supervisor in the Supervisor’s absence.

Perform daily checks that all pre-production safety, quality and productivity checks are completed by Team Members.

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
