Job Description
The Role


To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the medical and nursing teams within the ward environment.

What we'll need you to bring


  • Basic understanding of office procedures.
  • It would be great if you also have
  • Minimum of two years administrative experience desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Good basic education.
  • Proficient in use of Software systems.


Contract type


Fixed Term or Secondment until 31/3/2024


Full time


37.5 hours


Please note this is a fixed term post until DD/MM/YYYY. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.


Location and Working Pattern


This role will be based in the Oncology Department within University Hospital Monklands.


The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
