Solid track record of minimum of 5 years of project management experience in food manufacturing.

Pay: Around $70K/YR (DOE - Manufacturing Industry)

Must have 3-5 years of troubleshooting, repairing, and improving systems

Proven abilities in modern management methods such as; PFMEA-FMEA, APQP, SPC, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and KANBAN

Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent;

Manage and delegate responsibilities to ensure effective utilization of personnel.

Prepare and conduct personnel performance evaluations and proactively manage and motivate contribution of direct reports following Company principles.

Manage process for review of client specifications in Requests for Quotations (RFQ) in cooperation with Systems Engineering.

Experience with industrial process equipment applications.

Experience with chemical process simulation software
