Integrated Asset and Facilities Management

Demonstrated supervisory experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills;

5 years of experience in a CHCP environment;

Valid (TSSA Certified) 1st or 2nd Class Engineering certifications;

Previous experience working in industrial plant operations (energy sector);

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other CMMS technologies;

Close work orders and document work completed using the plant Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

At least 5 years prior experience in facility operation and maintenance is required.

Experience with gas fired engines or gas compression equipment is an asset.

Strong administrative skills, mechanical and electrical aptitude

Monitor plant systems including visual inspection of plant equipment.

Minimum five years of Production Management experience

Ensures that all good manufacturing processes, sanitation requirements, and allergen and identity preservation controls are adhered to.

Ensures that all food safety specifications and requirements of the finished product have been met prior to shipping.

Performs other duties as required by the Plant Manager.

Working knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc

Knowledge of process improvement tools

Working knowledge and experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Experience leading other management-level employees in an organization

Apply knowledge of innovative technology available, industry trends and development to improve the operation.

Seven (7) or more years of operational experience

Seven (7) or more years of supervisory experience

Experience routinely utilizing Root Cause Analysis or other similar problem-solving tools to improve operations.

Review monthly reconciliations for Balance Sheet accts (Accrued Liabilities, Payroll deductions, AR Others, Inventory accounts, etc)

· Project management – able to develop and drive project plans with speed and effective prioritization

· At least 10-15 years of experience in plant leadership roles with P&L responsibility

Collect all Inventory reporting, analyzing all inventory data, develop adjustments for General Ledger for Monthly/Annual Close Requirements.

5 years experience in accounting, 3 years with month end and year end closing processes.

Experience in product manufacturing or scientific product environment

Experience with multi-level Bills of Material desired

Experience with transitioning from QuickBooks to an ERP system desired.

Responsible for month end/year end closing process on a timely basis.

Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

Assure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Policies. Resolve questions of GAAP and internal controls with corporate financial management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar ERP experience a plus.

Solid working knowledge of financial processes and related manufacturing.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Teams, and Outlook.

Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Unload waste from incoming vehicles. Separates non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated

Stage waste on conveyor system or properly stack waste for scanning in the Biotrack system

Scan waste into the Biotrack system for proper recordkeeping purposes

Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste for processing
