Assists with and deliver TMF process education efforts

May manage or mentor junior staff members

3-5 years experience with clinical development processes

Post-Secondary education in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting is preferred;

Solid experience/knowledge in Operations processes or Securities Accounting in the Securities Financial Industry.

Advanced level of technical and analytical knowledge regarding Collateral, Banking and Clearing/Settlements processes, systems and capabilities

Maintain Collateral Requirements, collecting Collateral to satisfy the margin calls via securities pledge or cash, leading customers’ return of excess funds;

Adhere rigorously to internal procedures, rules, audit requirements and internal controls verification processes;

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Securities Financial Industry;

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Manage specific projects or initiatives as assigned, including support for PMO and compliance activities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5-6 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, PMO, compliance, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

10+ years’ experience working in Airline Operations Management Suite or Airline Operations Control Center

8+ years’ experience working in Airline Operations Management or similar experience.

Business Analysis, Customer Management, Product Owner & Product Documentation

Prior experience/knowledge on Cloud (AWS and Azure) platform

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Willing to travel (domestic & international) 25 - 40% of the time
