Experience in IT infra Industry standard project management.

Strong understanding of IT Project Management

May perform asset management, network support, connectivity, telecom, project management, Market & regional work, procurement.

Experience in PC support, remote communications, local area networking, PDA's

Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English.

Ability to understand and translate business requirements to appropriate technical streams.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Data Management: Manage data retention, backup, and recovery strategies for Office 365 applications and Active Directory databases.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work within cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.

Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing technology landscapes and learn new tools and techniques.

Intermediate technical knowledge of major operating systems and experience with Microsoft networking and operating environments.

Working knowledge of wired and wireless networking/SAN solutions, local and remote backup technologies.

Experience administering systems support for remote sites.

Manage troubleshooting and trouble ticket escalation.

Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and “frequently asked questions” resources to aid in problem resolution.

Intermediate knowledge of configuring and maintaining network infrastructure solutions (such as advanced routing protocols, VPN, firewall configurations).

Additional procurement related responsibilities as required by the Project Delivery Manager.

Refine identified business and technical requirements.

Plan and coordinate procurement activities including financial estimate, business technical requirements and contracting options.

Support development of a strategy for procurement preparation based upon project goals and criteria.

Identify any subprojects where separate RFPs may be required to acquire specific vendor services.

Assist the Department in providing RFP interpretations to vendors by developing written responses to questions.
