Bachelor's degree with concentration in related field or equivalent experience.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including many evenings and weekends.

Ability to travel to service centers and to meetings throughout the designated territory.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $50,000

Additional procurement related responsibilities as required by the Project Delivery Manager.

Refine identified business and technical requirements.

Plan and coordinate procurement activities including financial estimate, business technical requirements and contracting options.

Support development of a strategy for procurement preparation based upon project goals and criteria.

Identify any subprojects where separate RFPs may be required to acquire specific vendor services.

Assist the Department in providing RFP interpretations to vendors by developing written responses to questions.

Add new hires into Bluesky / Q4 and manage any changes to TD1 and Direct Deposit forms

Manage basic progressive discipline with clinicians in consultation with HR team

Post-Secondary education is an asset

Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities daily using various software platforms

Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook Skills

Assist with day-to-day staffing and credentialing functions, including answering the phones, running reports and coordinating with active staff

Extend offers and negotiate employment terms with the support of the Sr Manager, Employee Experience.

Resource the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool to learn more about the applicant.

Coordination between Case Management and the HR department regarding new hires.

Interview and forward interested applicants to Case Managers.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.

Ability to manage multiple projects with a positive attitude

2-4 years of related work experience is required.

Enrollment in specific designation and or certifications programs may be required for certain positions.

Completion of secondary school according to provincial standards or equivalent (GED) is required AND

Completion of post-secondary (College/University) course(s) in a related field is required.

Performing important health and safety tasks, like orientation forms, hazard assessments, accident investigations and modified duties management

Marketing skilled candidates to our customer base

Creating and placing job ads for available positions

Pre-screening and interviewing potential candidates

Managing the check-in process for new temporary employees

Conducting on-site sales visits with our customers
