You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or another related field, combined with 2 years of relevant experience;

You have in-depth knowledge in Excel

Integrate complex promotion data into the system;

Analyze data issues related to complex promotions and collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to resolve them;

Review upcoming promotions daily, verify the accuracy of data in the system and correct errors if necessary;

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of issues and trends in Canadian health care and the social impact sector is an asset

Work with SE internal and external partners to identify and evaluate opportunities aligned to SE Health’s 8 to Great strategic priorities

Conduct environmental scans and industry analysis to identify, evaluate and put forward recommendations based on insights

Supports in the development of documents including briefs, templates, and reports

Support in implementation planning including development of workplans

Five or more years of project management and change management experience.

Strong knowledge of finance best practices and experience with financial services environment.

Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or other related fields or equivalent work experience.

Experience working in the agile framework. Knowledge of lending vocabulary and processes.

Managing reporting in from delivery teams and reporting out to Management and the Board.

Six or more years of relevant experience.

Excellent time management, project planning, and organizational skills

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and preferable experience with tableau

Extract, manipulate and manage large internal and third-party datasets to generate informative insights, KPIs, visualizations and presentations

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed

BA/BS in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics or related field. Masters/MBA preferred

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Strategy Consulting experience preferred

Degree in business, finance, supply chain management or equivalent

Create company dashboards and performance summaries, including leading indicators and SAAS metrics, to inform leadership and stakeholders

Experience in multiple technology platforms (ecommerce, CRM, order management system, analytics, marketing email, data warehouse, CMS, etc.).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, e-commerce or related fields.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.

Develop, manage, and research initiatives to improve business processes.

1-3 years minimum of experience in an analyst or techno-functional role in an e-commerce or retail environment an asset

2-3 years of experience in a financial modeling, analysis, risk or Treasury role.

Strong data analytics skills with applications of programming and coding languages in conducting analysis of varying scope and complexity.
