Previous leadership experience of 2+ years

Customer service and/or retail experience

Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.

Three (3) years of property management experience.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Optimize revenue management with expense control to ensure positive NOI.

Contribute to team training, process development and provide solution-oriented feedback to operations managers.

Knowledge of local economy, housing, and rental market.

Three (3) years of experience with supervising small teams.

Three (3) years of property management experience.

4-6 years of related Store leadership, customer service and sales experience in the auto parts industry

Must have well developed interpersonal skills to deal with customers, employees and senior leadership

Basic knowledge of some accounting procedures; ability to read store financial reports

Maintain Mark’s performance management expectations including progressive discipline where necessary.

Responsible to deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards and rigid inventory control.

Ensure execution of the customer experience and provides resolution for all customer concerns.

Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store.

Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills

Superior training and mentoring skills

Prepare and provide restaurant Management and Team Members with performance reviews

Training new Team Members and prospective management

Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management

Experience in visual merchandising or overseeing the process.

Experience in goal setting and development planning.

Knowledge of Shopify and Shopify analytics is a bonus.
