Continually coaches and develops the team to ensure consistent and absolute execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.

Previous leadership experience of 2+ years

Customer service and/or retail experience

Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.

Maintain Mark’s performance management expectations including progressive discipline where necessary.

Responsible to deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards and rigid inventory control.

Ensure execution of the customer experience and provides resolution for all customer concerns.

Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store.

Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills

Superior training and mentoring skills

Prepare and provide restaurant Management and Team Members with performance reviews

Training new Team Members and prospective management

Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management
