Processing certification enrolment applications and maintenance requirements

Coordinating continuing education equivalent (CEE) resources and requirements

Approximately 3-5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Facilitation, delivery and support of the Certification program to members

Implement certification program policies, procedures and changes (internally and externally) and supporting members in achieving and maintaining their certification status.

Implementing the annual decertification process, including notifying members of decertification

Experience using a web content management system, specifically WordPress in addition to virtual meeting and conferencing platforms.

Membership Acquisition, Onboarding & Management:

·Assist with membership financial recording, reporting, statements, and data management.

·Assist in the transition to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and continuity.

3-6 years post-undergraduate or college work-related experience.

Minimum 1 year working with member retention and acquisition, or relevant experience.

Assists in administration of the Mutual Fund Dealer Continuing Education program.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Previous experience with an investment dealer or mutual fund dealer.

Broad knowledge and understanding of the Canadian securities industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong written and verbal skills.

Other duties as assigned by Department Manager and/or Team Lead

Strong communications and research skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Develop, coordinate and assist with special sales projects

Contribute to the sales team atmosphere in a positive manner by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members

Assist during games and other special events with promotional functions as required, including hosting and visiting customers

Fluency with project management software desirable; advanced proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Superior communication skills, both written and oral;

Proven advanced level of experience using social media;

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to adhere to strict timelines and deadlines;

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail;

Proven ability to prioritize activities within a cross-college team environment;

Experience working with Member365 (or other Membership Managements Systems / CRMs)

Experience working with TalentLMS (or other Learning Management Systems)

Maintain, update and monitor Membership Management System (MMS)

Provide general assistance to Finance Officer on an as-needed basis

Experience managing a Shopify store

Piloting, adapting, and scaling evidence-based programming

Excellent data management and organizational skills

One year of experience in retail

Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques

$20/hour, with extended benefits following 3-month probationary period

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

A strong interest in Ukrainian cultural heritage and Ukrainian Canadian history
