Knowledge of the Capital Budget and Development Charge process

Strong financial acumen with experience controlling budgets, preparing cost estimates and expenditures for capital works projects

Participate in project-related and ad hoc tasks in particular in connection with (CI) projects and tenders and capacity management

Experience in transportation and/or logistics and/or supply chain continuous improvement functions

Sound analytical and presentation skills to detail and substantiate process deviations and identified opportunities

Knowledge of third-party logistics or logistics service provider operations

Monitor, verify, update, analyze and report on our company’s transportation KPIs and introduce corrective actions to continuously improve our transportation operations

Coordinate logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure punctual, timely and in-full deliveries, in accordance to our standard operating procedures

Demonstrated experience delivering research educational materials, workshops and seminars.

Experience in research administration or a related environment.

Knowledge of the Canadian granting system as it pertains to biomedical and health research.

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.

Experience with infrastructure programs, faculty awards and nominations, and/or research application processes, including proposal/budget development and support.

Extensive experience working with Transportation Management Systems.

College or University diploma/degree with focus on business, operations management, transportation and logistics.

Manage change effectively to ensure minimal disruption to business operations and positive impact to operational successes

Develop and implement driver-training programs to enhance skills, improve safety, and promote operational excellence.

Minimum 8 years’ experience required in a similar role within distribution and transportation.

Strong knowledge of regulatory issues, MTO WSIB, Ministry of Labour, CFIA etc.

7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Azure and datacenter management.

Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup and Azure cloud services.

Willingness to assume new responsibilities with the changing business and technology requirements

Knowledge of best practices in Information Technology and management fields.

5+ years of experience at a management level.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management

Database design/management tools: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL OSIsoft PI system and knowledge of using NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Project Management: Lean & Agile practices; user experience management; vendor management.

Transversal skills & competencies (Soft skills): Problem solving; storytelling and technical writing; building partnerships/stakeholder management; transversal collaboration; change management.

Support routine data management needs:

Experience and/or education with transportation management.

Contains costs through effective routing of customer orders and management of inbound freight by the dispatching staff.

Computer skills, experience in using Microsoft Office programs/ applications.

Recruits, hires, trains, and manages all personnel in Ingersoll related to managers, dispatch, and drivers.

Prepares and performs budget responsibilities for capital, target, operating and payroll budgets for the transportation area of the distribution center.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience.

People management skills and should be able to manage a team of a minimum 100 (includes both onshore and offshore/remote mgmt)

Technical Skills: Delivery Management required PL4

Proactive Risk Management Adherence to process compliance based on organization client standards frameworks and tools

Rigorous implementation of critical change management and escalation management processes

Strong working experience, knowledge, and background on below areas:
