Participate in the continuing development of project planning, project management tools, templates and processes by identifying and applying opportunities for improvement

5 years of experience as a project manager

Depending on qualifications, the successful candidate may be offered a position at a more appropriate level and/or ladder.

Demonstrated excellence in organizational and decision-making skills.

Minimum of 10 years of experience estimating similar products in a similar organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent management, communication and leadership skills

Management of the site engineering documentation including DCS, SIS, PFD, ELDs, P&IDs.

Collaborate with the global technical team, engineering and asset management team as required.

Tertiary Qualification in Engineering and 4+ years’ experience in Engineering

Manage the overall technical support provided to the site for production, maintenance, SHEC, projects, procurement, supply chain and broader business activities.

Ensure laboratory analytic requirements for the site are met.

Leadership and people management skills.

Maintain close communications with the Project Managers to satisfy client timelines.

Manage time effectively; and the ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.

Manage manufacturing employees and other staff; recommend optimal staffing levels and

Manufacturing experience with demonstrated success with continuous improvement

7+ years of experience in Automation, Programming and Panel Assembly

Experience in a people leadership role

Responsible for managing our customer’s out-of-box experience and reporting back to senior management.

Knowledge of project management, planning, and evaluation

-Review and present the build plan to the senior management.

Optimize manufacturing processes and procedures, monitor and report on capabilities.

Post-Secondary education in business or manufacturing engineering preferred

Experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
