Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles within a finance and accounting context.

Experience with RPA and a desire to upskill with emerging technologies like Blockchain, Machine Learning and AI.

Design and define future state processes that foster standardization, streamline operations, and stimulate innovation within finance functions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
