Overview Lead Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. They are responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets customer requirements. They must be able to analyze and troubleshoot problems, develop and implement solutions, and provide guidance and support to other engineers and technicians. Detailed Job Description Lead Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. They must be able to analyze and troubleshoot problems, develop and implement solutions, and provide guidance and support to other engineers and technicians. They must be able to identify and analyze process improvements, develop and implement process changes, and ensure that the manufacturing process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets customer requirements. They must be able to work with other departments to ensure that the manufacturing process meets quality standards and customer requirements. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
