Managed IT and Managed Cybersecurity

Bonus- Shopify hands-on knowledge and/or e-commerce agency experience is a plus

Retail experience and knowledge of latest trends (omni-channel, loyalty, supply chain, logistics, B2B)

Working to help qualify and close deals from a technical requirements perspective with Sales and development partners/agencies

Engaging with clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions

Hands-on skills of Front-End web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Liquid)

Strong API knowledge (REST and GraphQL) for enterprise integrations.

Provide training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities

Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of Momentive's platform, APIs, Mobile SDKs and additional solutions

Develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape and become an expert in the CX and Feedback collection space

3+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent role, with a focus on SaaS

A technical background with experience working with APIs, HTML & CSS, and some Javascript

Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, RFPs and RFIs

Continuously learn, develop and refine your pre-sales and product, solution and platform offering knowledge and sales processes and Atlassian products progress

Probe for and identify additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion

You have experience with Cloud IAM technologies

You have certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP)

Working experience with software packages similar to those used by the division (SailPoint Identity IIQ, RadiantLogic, Centrify PAS, CA Password Authority)

Knowledge of IAM modern protocols; Provisioning: SCIM, Authentication: OIDC, Oauth 2.0, SAML 2.0
