Work with Client Service Managers to ensure that all scheduling needs are met, and that client and site information is accurate

Liaise with the Alberta Protective Services Operations Center to ensure all scheduling requirements are being fulfilled

Must possess a High school Diploma, Post-Secondary education is an asset

Previous customer service experience is an asset

The ability to use judgement and decision-making skills to evaluate situations and establish priorities

Very skilled at writing and articulating ideas;

A previous course in Statistics would be ideal but not a requirement;

Very strong in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills;

Ideally has an understanding of finance and accounting;

Providing support to one or more analysts;

Building and maintaining company specific financial models;

Demonstrated knowledge of supportive management skills

Facilitates and enhances team efforts on a professional level and share specialized knowledge, sources, experience, concepts, and skills

Knowledge of client management systems and change management techniques.

Proven time management, planning, coordinating and organization skills; proactive in initiating multiple projects on an ongoing basis

In coordination with Executive Director, develop and monitor the Operating Plan and annual budget in accordance with management directions and standards

Provides change management and change leadership support for management, clinical programs and staff

Participating in the management and maintenance of a strong change control process throughout the duration of Projects

Minimum 2-3 years of experience running complex business projects

Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, leadership and influencing - able to influence without authority commanding respect through actions

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving skills – able to find pragmatic solutions with an analytical mindset

Support regular officer's afterhours including Paladin Operations Centre and Scheduling with responsibilities delegated to them.

Assists in developing, implementing, maintaining and evaluating an overall security program, including Post Orders, Policy & Procedure Manuals, and OH&S programs.

Compile accurate statistics on a monthly basis.

Conducts threat, risk assessments and provide recommendations for security and safety improvements.

Conduct investigations when incidents and situations occur as required.

Perform other duties as required and/or requested.

A minimum of 5 years front line management experience in a long-term care or related environment (healthcare experience preferred).

Ensures professional development of employees within the services. Oversees the provision of orientation, on-the-job training, and continuing education to staff.

Plans, standardizes, and coordinates the development and delivery of all nutrition & food services programs

Development and delivery of all clinical dietary services and programs.

Plans, standardizes, and coordinates the development of housekeeping practices and outcomes to meet and exceed provincial and Aramark standards.

Develops, recommends, implements, and evaluates opportunities for restructuring to minimize expenses and maximize savings.

Supports the establishment and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client guidelines

University undergraduate degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution

At least 2 years of experience working in a compliance, legal, risk or similar role

Experience in the financial services industry or a regulatory organization is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Designing and deploying ERP applications and modules according to approved solution design documentation.
