Fleet Administration Coordinator Jobs in Alberta

1-2 years of working in logistics and inventory management

Automotive industry experience is an asset

Strong proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office suite

Problem-solving and data analysis skills

Work closely with our Sales Team

Prepare vehicles for PDI, check in, deliveries.

Demonstrated ability to apply and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines, FOIPP, records management protocols, and all relevant university policies

Manages general/ central/ program email account, responding and redirecting inquiries as appropriate and timely.

Performs word processing and data entry for the area or program. Prepares and types letters, emails and other area/program-related correspondence.

2-3 years of progressively responsible operational support experience, preferably in a postsecondary setting.

Excellent computer skills including proficiency in use of database, spreadsheet and word processing software.

Demonstrated ability to manage time and workload effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience with fleet management and Federal Regulations for on highway transport is a strong asset

Ensuring we’re in compliance with Hours of Service and reporting to our third-party management company

Monitoring fuel consumption and monthly reporting on IFTA to the third-party management company

Fleet management – maintenance, scheduling, and service tracking of all on highway/off highway fleet

Detail orientated and strong organizational skills with a drive to achieve results.
