Job Description

Milronspecializes in designing, fabricating, assembling, and installing high-quality aluminum service bodies for commercial vehicles. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.


TheFleet Sales Coordinatoris a professional and organized individual responsible for reporting, analyzing, and processing logistical needs and helping to manage chassis inventory. The ideal candidate will have understanding and experience in the automotive fleet industry or an inventory management and logistics background. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator works closely with the sales division to ensure operational efficiency and uphold company standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with delivery companies, third party vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Label vehicles with correct tags and enter information in the vehicle log for delivery status and inventory purposes
  • Work closely with our Sales Team
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries in and out of facility
  • Check vehicles for damage and complete documents to facilitate repairs and service
  • Prepare vehicles for PDI, check in, deliveries.
  • Organize and coordinate vehicles in storage lot


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Automotive industry experience is an asset
  • Strong proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Organizational and logistics skills
  • Post-secondary training is an asset
  • 1-2 years of working in logistics and inventory management

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $25.00-28.00 per hour
