Manage the schedule and activities of the Field Supervisors

Manage carpenter's schedules and workload

Mandatory construction experience (preferably foundation repair, excavating, building, landscaping/grading, framing)

Project management including cost and schedule tracking/reporting, stakeholder engagement and coordination of internal and external resources

Utilize and support Management of Change (MOC) processes

5 to 15 years of upstream oil & gas or relevant industry engineering experience

2+ years’ of experience with the design of instrumentation systems including pressure, level, flow, temperature and toxic gas measurement

2+ years’ of experience with the design of power distribution systems, utility and power generation, variable frequency drives and starters

Knowledge of EI&C systems engineering design, construction and testing documentation and project deliverables

Provide ongoing support to develop and maintain MEL systems; identify skill gaps and build capacity among program teams, as appropriate

Minimum 7+ years of experience managing a complex MEL program portfolio

Dedication to others’ growth and development, including experience in delivering training, mentoring and facilitation

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working across different geographies and/or in different cultures

Extensive knowledge with HSSE management systems

Support with the maintenance of the HSE management system

Manage incidents reporting and classification, coordinate incident investigations, and track investigation actions through Shell’s global incident reporting system

Monitor and effectively implement road safety strategy with the central road safety Subject Matter Experts (SME) and fleet manager

10+ years of related work experience; preferably in the gas and power markets in Canada

Proficient skills in Personal Safety, Process Safety, Road Safety, emergency preparedness and response, and incident investigations

Be the technical owner of Square’s multi touch attribution (MTA) pipelines maintaining and improving this business critical system

Undergraduate degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, a equivalent combination of education and experience

Assist with entering data into the job cost system and participate in reviewing cost reports with jobsite management

Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Assist in generating change orders and as-built data to be reviewed by the Project Manager
