A Facilities Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes providing administrative support, maintaining the facility, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility.What is Facilities Assistant Skills Required?
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What is Facilities Assistant Qualifications?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in facilities management or related field
• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
