Corrective maintenance - repair of equipments as needed

Coordinate preventive maintenance in collaboration with production department

Post-secondary certificate in electronics, information technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution

4+ years experience as a technician in client service or relevant role

Experience testing and solving issues relating to computing, network, or point of sale terminals (POS).

Knowledge of computers, general networking concepts, internet usage, and Microsoft Office

2+ years of job related retail experience (home solutions/computers)

You possess a valid driver’s license, have 5 years of driving experience, with a clean motor vehicle record

ISF and Scissor Lift Certification

Optimize audio/video equipment for optimal product performance and test all products set up to ensure that they are operating properly

Maintains truck log, if necessary, according to provincial and or federal requirements

Requires 4+ years of related experience

Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to lead less experienced team members

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Teams

An aptitude for applying learnings to on-the-job requirements

Strong organizational and planning skills

Maintains good communication with Field Supervisor and/or Manager (Project Management team)

Submit daily written progress reports to the Construction (Project) Manager, including scheduling information

Participating in training sessions as required by the company in order to maintain adequate levels of skills and knowledge

2-3 years experience installing access control systems and/or CCTV equipment, and/or fire alarms systems

A thorough knowledge and understanding of intrusion detection systems, electronic access control, CCTV, IP video, and surveillance systems.

Working knowledge of DMP, C.Cure 9000, Lenel preferred (for Ottawa role).

IP Video and IT experience required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of programming software/languages.

- Knowledge of electrical panel building, I/O communication and integration with electromechanical systems.

- Technical knowledge of automation systems, including motors, controllers, sensors, and safety devices.

- 3+ years of industry experience.

- Strong technical writing skills.

- Design and develop electromechanical solutions for various applications.
