Lead, manage and mentor a team of engineers and related personnel, including recruitment, career development, and team culture

Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

A deep understanding of, and experience with Node.js and/or React Native engineering

15+ years of software engineering industry experience.

Minimum 10 years of experience with capital project execution & management, business case development, and continuous improvement preferably in CPG company.

Cross-functional program and/or project management experience

Provide coaching to sites and Americas CI Managers, Plant Managers and Functional Directors.

Experience in the manufacturing environment both with packaging and processing systems.

Experience with managing engineering projects.

Experience in working with external consultants.
