Job Purpose


Kraft Heinz North America is transforming its factories to significantly improve the Operational Efficiency of its Equipment by over 30%. This ambition requires planning and laser focus implementation. The critical role of the Overhauls- Maintenance Cost & Performance Sr. Manager is a three-pronged focus on strategically and efficiently planning the equipment Overhaul- monitor and develop early detection for the Maintenance Cost and Performance and systematically adjudicate performance to derive best value and impact.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities


  • The role will need to analyze the Maintenance performance metrics of the Zone- develop and implement performance indicators that are timely relevant to the respective plants while ensuring alignment with the Zone targets.
  • Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; establish an effective technical and leadership development plan for the utility’s organization
  • The role will need to analyze the component level Maintenance cost profile of the Zone- develop forecasting accuracy and identify leverage opportunities to better the spend profile.
  • Establish- review- and monitor daily- weekly- monthly- and annual routines at the factories- in line with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)
  • Investigate and apply relevant best in class methods in the zone through collaborative efforts with suppliers- OEM’s and SME’s.
