Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present project recommendations to senior management, Council, approval agencies and at public information meetings

Leads the development of Project Management documents and ensures projects are monitored and completed using this methodology

Manage capital projects that involve groundwater and surface water treatment facilities, water pumping stations and water storage facilities

Knowledge of water distribution, transmission, pumping, storage and treatment processes, design and construction practices, codes and standards.

Assists in the development of long-range asset management schedules and budgets

Maintains the PM (Preventive Maintenance) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance) systems and process within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Reviews required asset management performance reports

Communicates the key asset management performance indicators as well as the company’s KPIs (Key Process Indicators)

Works closely with the Maintenance and Operations Departments in performing RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and asset management improvement

Excellent administrative and analytical skills

Minimum 10 years of experience with capital project execution & management, business case development, and continuous improvement preferably in CPG company.

Cross-functional program and/or project management experience

Provide coaching to sites and Americas CI Managers, Plant Managers and Functional Directors.

Experience in the manufacturing environment both with packaging and processing systems.

Experience with managing engineering projects.

Experience in working with external consultants.

5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role, within a unionized industrial maintenance environment preferred.

Proven leadership skills coupled with ability to effectively manage people in a team environment.

Manage strategic development of maintenance objectives and KPIs.

Develop and manage a group of supervisors

Manage the processes and secure the resources to ensure availability of the appropriate tools

Engineer, Certified tradesperson, or related education.

Minimum Qualifications (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

Updates CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with effective work plans to ensure they are descriptive and per manufacturers recommendations.

Must have the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Plan and always operate with safety in mind.

Uses data to analyze equipment performance.

Identifies required improvement projects, gains alignment, and plan / coordinates their implementation.

Experience working within a technical or engineering organization with knowledge of the high-technology industry considered an asset.

Assist in long-term strategic planning to ensure server capacity meets current and future requirements.

1-3 years experience in Software Development/DevOps/SRE or a similar role.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic problem-solving approach.

Experience with Powershell, Python, SQL, and Linux-based systems.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
