Understand and support the needs of multiple business partners (management, Finance, other Talent/HR teams).

Extensive experience implementing and using HR systems and time management applications. UKG (UltiPro) and Workforce Dimensions experience is a major asset;

Lead the global rollout of a new time management system; and support extension of the HRIS application and its functionality;

Support other HR-related systems including those in recruitment, performance management and training;

Respond to, and manage, internal and external audit requirements and reporting needs;

Strong background working with other HR-related systems including those in recruitment (Applicant Tracking Systems), and performance management (i.e. Lattice)

At least three years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience in a not-for-profit organization.

Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff and manage and develop high-performance teams.

Ensure the Club facilities are appropriately managed.

Ensure the planning, development and implementation of an effective communications program that encompasses public education and public engagement activities.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Recreation, Community Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent education in a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Work experience in high volume and fast paced environment with project management and overseeing multiple initiatives

Previous office management experience would be an asset

Develops and implements performance management programs. Monitors effectiveness of the plan and makes recommendations for changes.

Responsible for HR Operation and Employee Relations functions, including onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance and discipline, HRIS, health and safety, offboarding

Develops, writes and updates HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the desired organizational strategy, structure, and legal requirements.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in progressive HR operations and employee relations

Working knowledge of Google sheets\document,Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Assist in processing bi-weekly payrolls & off cycle payrolls

Ensure confidentiality of payroll information

Assist to develop and implement an internal HR Google Site with resources on Talent Attraction, HR policies, etc.

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.

Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
