Support Performance Management activities i.e., support feedback & survey mechanisms, and performance evaluation processes

Ideally 5 or more years’ experience working in a leadership/managerial role within human resources

Experience with talent acquisition and/or operations. Ability to creatively analyze workforce demands and capacity; forecast and source effectively.

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University focussing on Human Resources / Employee Relations or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Provide strategic advice to the Senior Management Team to address issues and ensure people impacts, risks, and opportunities are considered.

Sound experience and deep knowledge in employee relations, employment legislation, functional best practices, organizational change, HR policies, practices and strategy.

Knowledge of relevant government laws, legislation, policies and procedures.

Excellent knowledge in Human Resources practices and principles including recruitment and staffing, training & development, compensation, employee relations.

Sound knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
