What You Need To Know

Post-secondary education in human service planning, recreation, marketing, or other related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

Work with managers to develop membership strategies

7+ years’ experience in a business development role including business/data analysis, proposals, and program planning, implementation, evaluation

5+ years’ experience managing and leading staff

Hands-on experience creating and forecasting budgets and cash flows

Demonstrated experience supporting cultures of inclusivity and belonging
