Lead the development and implementation of a corporate risk management framework.

Post-secondary degree (i.e., business administration, public administration, engineering, finance, social sciences, etc.)

Preference will be given to candidates with related leadership experience in local government.

Demonstrated knowledge of the structure, processes, and framework of municipal government.

Build and maintain strong connections with colleagues across the organization and actively promote capacity building and continuous improvement.

Experience in Change Management (Prosci® AKDAR experience and/or certification an asset).

Large-scale project and/or program management experience.

Strong time management, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

University or College degree required. Educational concentration in Engineering, Operations, or Business or related experience.

Leadership experience in, and working knowledge of, the tissue industry required.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in consumer-packaged goods (tissue, diapers and/or food) required.

Senior level experience in a private practice or inhouse setting, working with executives and senior-level management.

Can interact with management, peers, and clients in a confident, professional and objective manner.

Be responsible for developing the legal skills of the lawyers on your team through hands-on coaching and mentoring.

Experience in managing a busy corporate/commercial practice in a team-based environment.

Develop and manage treasury-related corporate policies, procedures, and requirements. Manage intercompany financing structure including shareholder funding.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge dealing with multi-national banks to negotiate and execute corporate financing arrangements

Manage the company's cash position, including forecasting and cash flow analysis

Manage relationships with banks, investment firms, rating agencies and other financial institutions

Manage debt and capital markets activities, including issuance of debt and securities while negotiating favorable financing terms

Minimum of 10 years of Capital Project Management experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience

Demonstrated skill/knowledge in the following areas:

Capital project management and project controls

Strong written and verbal communication skills with project manager, procurement, vendors/contractors, and leadership.

Facilitate the management of the Capital Budget in conjunction with the Manufacturing & Commercial leaders for both Sustenance and Organic Growth

Experience in refinery or chemical manufacturing is preferred

Proven time management and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
