Overview The Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the human resources department of a company. This includes overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation. The Corporate Human Resources Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees. This includes conducting job interviews, evaluating applicants, and making hiring decisions. The Corporate Human Resources Manager is also responsible for managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee benefits and compensation. Job Skills Required• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee relations
• Experience in conducting job interviews and evaluating applicants
