Manage the identification, classification and recertification of the construction punch list to ensure contractors deliver scope according to contract obligations.

Monitor and audit External Service Providers’ compliance to Safety Training Requirements (i.e. Norcat, Indoctrinations, ZES, etc.)

Manage contractor Level and gate access process for all contracts

Monitor contractor work approvals, site access, quality, efficiency, qualifications, and safety

Ensure adequate contractor audits for quality, qualifications, compliance, invoice auditing are performed including the support from the project engineer.
