Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Provide regular progress updates, construction reports, and any relevant documentation to project managers and senior management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Lead and manage a team of construction workers, including carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople.

Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Produce deficiency reports and follow up with sites and the company to ensure a smooth turnover to Asset Management

Create and update reports for, but not limited to, QC and Construction Management

Experience in residential construction industry in a relevant trade

Some knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer-related peripherals

Perform and maintain construction inspections and schedules

Analyze and ensure the execution of the work is being performed up to quality standards

Excellent organizing and management skills to achieve time efficiency and meet deadlines

5 years of construction experience in residential, wood frame, multifamily construction

Demonstrated knowledge of all building techniques, building codes, and safety regulations associated with the construction of multi-story apartment buildings

Established excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Assessing competency and capability of tradespersons/ crew and providing training and coaching

Assigning and following up on crew tasks
