4 years’ job Railroad Management (Mechanical and Car Repair) experience, or combination of education and experience

Ensure daily locomotive power requirements are met and freight car operations are operating safely, efficiently, and within budget

Experience working with employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement

Strong organization and prioritization skills with high attention to detail

6. Excellent decision making, time management, planning, and organization skills.

· Perform internal workforce management.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Foreman capacity is required.

· Experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional construction is an asset.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– We are seeking a Full Time-Permanent Construction Foreman to join our team in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Produce deficiency reports and follow up with sites and the company to ensure a smooth turnover to Asset Management

Create and update reports for, but not limited to, QC and Construction Management

Experience in residential construction industry in a relevant trade

Some knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer-related peripherals

Perform and maintain construction inspections and schedules

Analyze and ensure the execution of the work is being performed up to quality standards
