3+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role

Previous experience in a similar pre-opening management role within the hospitality or service industry

Stakeholder Management: Maintain open lines of communication with owners ensuring they’re apprised of all pertinent information.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of local regulations and licensing procedures

Highly skilled at global customer/user community development, management and growth

Experience working with Educators, creators or education-related

Work with product, marketing and community teams for alignment, including launching new community programming for product and program releases.

Follow critical metrics, providing member feedback and key insights to relevant collaborators

Proficiency in using community platforms including Discord and Facebook Groups

Impact and committed approach with the ability to measure the success of community initiatives and how it relates to business goals/objectives

Post secondary education in hospitality, business management, or related filed

Diploma or certificate in bookkeeping or managerial accounting along with previous experience executing administrative tasks in hospitality setting or similar environment

Previous experience managing payroll, benefits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable as well as managing staff

Completes general administrative work requirements as assigned

Manages the concierge department, including formulating and maintaining schedules, providing training, support and coverage

Manages the Housekeeping department, including formulating and maintaining schedules, provides training, and supporting the Housekeeping supervisor.

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) or more years’ work experience in business office management,

Working knowledge of provincial employment standards practices.

Position may require driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).

Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.

Manage and direct all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the community.
