Community Recreation Manager Jobs in Alberta

Minimum of 3 to 5 years property management experience

RECA Property Management License an asset

Ensure your portfolio of properties is well maintained and managed in accordance with MMG standards and guidelines.

Strong knowledge of local real estate market

Foster good resident relations and implement approved programs in accordance with budget guidelines.

Handle resident concerns and inquiries with a goal of 100% satisfaction.

Considerable knowledge and experience with contractors and project management

A Post-secondary degree related to the recreation field such as recreation, athletics and/or community development or relevant experience.

Strong proven leadership experience managing teams, leading people through change, and delivering high quality outcomes in dynamic environments

Effective liaison and negotiation skills with potentially complex and highly emotive situations

Previous experience with budget planning, preparation and control of a recreation facility

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
