Commercial Asset Coordinator Jobs

Track and update fuel consumption management system and run reports

Informs and makes recommendations to the management team on compliance with legal aspects of fleet management

Monitor the execution of the plans developed in the field with business unit managers

3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role

Knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo, an asset)

Good knowledge of mobile assets (Forklifts, Cranes, Excavators, Loaders, Bobcats, etc)

Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree (project management, construction management, engineering or science, finance, or business) is an asset

Knowledge of ProjectWise and/or SharePoint document management is an asset

Support the management of beneficial relationships with key stakeholder

Coordinate regular progress reporting to external clients and to internal WSP management

Support the Development and execution of commercial management plans

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including report and contract writing, editing, and proofreading abilities

Work with real-time report dashboards and territory managers to prioritize service of commercial jobs

Work with the O&M Commissioning Manager to plan for upcoming commercial commissioning cases

Assist in creating and scheduling preventative maintenance requirements based on contract obligations

Work with the territory field service managers to ensure service level objectives are met

Strong computer skills. Comfort with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs.

Knowledge of solar and energy storage equipment is desired

3+ years' defining process and data requirements for an IT Asset Management system and/or process.

Experience with an Asset Management system and process is an asset.

Hardware Management: including employee workstations, monitors, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals

Software Management: including tracking and licensing of corporate software assets

Ability to interact well with, and respond to inquiries from employees, Management and vendors

3+ years' experience with ITSM ITIL processes and frameworks preferred

Experience with digital asset management systems

Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Technical skills, including knowledge of video editing software, cameras, lighting, and other equipment used in video production.

Support the development and organization of our digital asset management system and content guidelines.

Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors on tight timelines.

Experience with content guidelines development or implementation

A minimum of 10 years of Asset Maintenance Management experience with surface and underground mining production and support equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or relevant science

Knowledge and understanding of the physical and commercial operation of integrated midstream assets including terminals, pipelines, and marine facilities

Knowledge of the production and marketing of crude oil and petroleum products within the domestic and international energy environments

Experience with standard financial metrics and analysis

Minimum of 5 years experience and extensive knowledge of Capture One, Photoshop, and other editing software.

Postsecondary education in a related field

Experience with retail/commercial photography including fashion, lifestyle and product photography

Must have demonstrable experience leveraging technology to enable asset knowledge management.

Must have demonstrable experience in the application of business and management principles to the management of assets.

Developing and communicating the Asset Management Plan;

Development of business processes related to Asset Management;

Make appropriate Asset Management information available for decision making;

Assuring the quality of Asset Management processes;

Project management skills to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule

Works closely with department to scheduling and manage on-going trainings to ensure employees are up to date with relevant training requirements

Computer skills (MS OFFICE) to create documents, conduct research and manage budgets and project timelines

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

2-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related area and experience as an executive administrator are assets

Background in excellent customer experience is an asset
