Job Title: Cloud Production Support

Engage directly with customers and work collaboratively by phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions to resolve their issues.

Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing articles, ensuring shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems including 2 or more of:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a technical support or similar role.

Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus

Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other relevant tools.

Implement Production changes to cloud platforms and applications following established change management policies.

Work with the Enterprise Architecture team on identifying requirements and design and continuous evolution of Cloud-based solutions (e.g., Kubernetes).

Minimum 10 years Operational Support experience culminating in a senior role in a real-time client-facing environment.

Experience supporting Cloud Operations (GCP preferred) in real-time Production Environments running business-critical workloads.

Experience writing scripts and code to automate processes.

Experience working with and administering Linux operating systems.

· Post secondary Education Diploma/Degree in either Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent required

5+ years of experience in Power BI and SSRS reporting

5+ years of experience in MSSQL - Stored procedures and functions

Working knowledge of ETL processing and fixing issues in ETL processes

Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

Generate Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statements

Create new reports in Power BI and SSRS

Conduct sanitation activities, as required, to meet GMP requirements.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar.
