Previous experience with support new business efforts at the Network or brand level.

Experience in retail, telecom, or financial services as a client/account leader

Minimum 10 years of management and customer services experience in logistics and supply chain and/or a similarly complex environment/sector.

What You Need To Know

Manage customer and partner relationships with respect to operating requirements

Strong computer skills required, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of product. DOMO and Salesforce experience is a definite asset

Manage parcel operations’ volumes and processes to continually hit expected customer SLAs while at the same time being profitable

Post-secondary education with a focus on Leadership, logistics and supply chain

Proven experience as a VP of Operations or equivalent position in a logistics/final mile delivery services organization

Proven ability to manage projects with a short to medium term focus while concurrently managing day-to-day operations
