Responsible for ensuring trains and major sub-components are transported on time and in safe conditions

Contribute to supplier selection and total cost of ownership decisions for manufacturing footprint decisions that have freight / transport considerations

Act as expert within project teams on movement of rail cars

Drive consistency in process, systems & data across AT Sites

Facilitates communication towards internal stakeholders and external stakeholders

Track & manage costs with Finance, keeping stakeholders apprised of status

If requested by UCAN Production Management Lead, liaise and support inbound titles as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask

Experience with English and French language productions in Canada

Support Netflix Canada’s Creative Team in their goals, development and slate planning considerations

Work with Netflix Canada’s Creative, Business Affairs, Communications, Labour, Policy partners & external production partners on slate schedules and workflows

Knowledge and skills in talent management and organizational development;

Strong organizational and project management skills

Client management and/or business development experience

5+ years of work experience related to analysis, policy, and/or regulations related to natural gas demand, energy efficiency, and/or decarbonization

Strong analytical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

One year previous administrative experience with exposure to office management principles and administrative procedures.

Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of education and work experience to support on-the-job effectiveness.

1-3 years of previous experience in provider network management or healthcare administration

Collaborate with Provider Network Operations teams to set clear expectations and enhance provider experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Monitor and optimize the performance of our contracted provider network

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Ensure work are progressed safely and efficiently and that skills and knowledge are shared to enhance improvements within the business.

Liaise with various groups to identify permit requirements for high-risk permitted activities.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Journeyman or associated qualifications.

Broad technical and working knowledge of Construction and Commissioning operations.

Knowledge of rail, energy, industrial project preferred.

Demonstrated experience in a similar LOTO role, managing complex activities throughout the construction, commissioning phases of Projects

Broad technology experience, not limited to cloud architecture, application development, relational databases, NoSQL databases, containers, serverless, management and monitoring.

Experience with Agile project management.

Collaborate across business teams, discussing requirements with solution architects, product managers, and client stakeholders.

Manage the entire product life cycle of an engagement/idea from strategic planning to tactical execution.

Oversee and manage a focused engineering and development team, and guide activities related to development and delivery.

Partner with product managers to create roadmaps for delivery, measure progress on roadmaps, and hold teams accountable to deadlines.

Knowledge of and experience working with brand activations, public relations, media relations, influencers and event management

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Support the Senior Manager and Director as a lead team member.

Manage PR Associate in the fulfilment of their role

5+ years’ experience in Public Relations/Communications/Consumer Engagement and/or similar role

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

One to two years’ experience in an administrative position.

Experience preparing accurate spreadsheets and reports.
