Capture and analyze business requirements to design data models and build data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)

Build and manage data dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into key business metrics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into useful insights for technical and non-technical partners

Experience with Snowflake or any other relational database

Experience with the design and development of ETL processes

Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset or MicroStrategy

Prepare market lease and purchase surveys for client requirements as requested by brokers.

Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills

Assist the brokers as necessary in providing relevant information for pitches and valuation.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Possess characteristic traits of independent thinking and self-starting initiative

· Provisioning and resource management of Premium Capacity

· Knowledge or experience of machine learning and data science is a plus

· Polished written and verbal communication and presentation skills targeted at all levels of the organization

· Building professional growth by actively acquiring predictive modelling and programming skills

· Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop low/high fidelity wireframes

· Experience and proficiency in SQL scripting and Azure is a must

Education, Experience and Technical skills

Design and develop business critical reports and procedures by leveraging deep ETL skills and database knowledge

5+ years of related experience in data analysis, reporting/metrics and decision-making support

Required Soft Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hands-on experience on .NET C#

Assist with benefits administration by collaborating with the benefits provider and remote team.

A detail-oriented individual with prior experience in administration and/or executive support.

Real estate brokerage or legal assistance experience is not required but would be an asset.

Regular training sessions and access to mentorship from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry

Extensive experience in D365, SQL, Power Apps

Create reports using Power BI - designing, developing, and implementing them for business use

Ability to utilize Tableau and/or Power BI to derive insights, create dashboards, and build visualizations

Strong proficiency with Excel, including VBA and SQL

Hands on experience with query engine internals, transactional storage engines and indexing techniques.

Excellent programming skills in C, C++ or Rust is a must. Familiarity with other languages is an asset.

Experience with data integration from various sources in data lakes.

Work with a small team of highly motivated engineers and researchers.

Participate the design and implementation of analytical database engines.

Validate, evaluate and troubleshoot system designs issues.

At least 1 year of experience leading a team.

Advanced understanding of MySQL databases and extensive experience designing SQL queries

Experience developing a data warehouse

Advanced experience developing data models and dashboards in Power BI

Hands on experience with query engine internals, transactional storage engines and indexing techniques.

Excellent programming skills in C, C++ or Rust is a must. Familiarity with other languages is an asset.

At least 3 years of supervisory experience, mentoring and developing teams' careers

Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

You excel at working with non-technical stakeholders to help translate, manage and drive business needs into actionable insights

Extensive experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Excel, Google Sheets)
