Works in an Agile environment to develop Data Office capabilities

Deep experience with data: source analysis, modeling, ontologies, metadata and data consumption

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, consistent with a customer focus and a deep understanding of the content and of business needs.

Subject area experience with anti-money laundering compliance, RDARR, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and regulatory compliance is an asset

A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role

Telco Experience is considered an asset

5+ years of IT technology, operations, people leadership and strategy experience in an enterprise environment

Entrepreneur, self-motivated and independent worker

Approaches a problem by using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions

Five years of progressive experience in the asset management/capital markets/investment management industry preferred

Advise downstream data consumers on design of data consumption and data marts to meet specific end-user reporting requirements.

Participate in solution/compute/Infrastructure design to accommodate workload requirements for business solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent IT (Information Technology) experience

Six years of experience in the following: architecting enterprise information systems, analyzing inter-relationships between various domains of enterprise information

Experience with cloud data platforms and understanding of lake house Architecture

-Ability to present to higher management (VP, Directors, etc.)

-Work on Project requirements for data modelling

1) 10+years of experience in Data Architecture specifically working on physical data modelling

2)7+ years of experience in application design

3)5+ years of experience with Cloud Databases (Big Query or similar)

4)5+years of experience in relational and dimensional data modelling

Experience in stakeholder management, ideally working with non-technical audiences and translating their requirements into Data Engineering workstreams

Formal change management, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation, project co-ordination & planning;

Leading or contributing to complex systems integration projects with Data Warehouse design and build, master data management and BI outputs;

Strong SQL and T-SQL development experience;

Strong SSIS and Azure Data Factory experience;

Strong SSAS and Azure Analysis Services experience – Tabular and multi dimensional;

Knowledge in Project Management & Training/ Experience in Agile Methodology

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of balancing multiple perspectives, effective at

Manage efforts to identify & document capabilities & initiative needs & strategic prioritization into business architecture deliverables (roadmaps, etc.)

Education (Computer Engineering degree or similar)/Work experience (8+ years of practical experience)

Identify impacts to Business Capabilities by participating in transformation programs & initiatives

Map processes to business capabilities as per enterprise standards and collaborating with appropriate SMEs

● Demonstrated experience providing IT architecture and planning

● Experience and/or training related to one or more Architecture & Service Delivery

● Responsible for providing leadership and design initiatives for building technology solutions.

Develops architecture and integration to support medium to large-scale initiatives.

● Defines project scope, plans and deliverables including cost and timelines.

● Ability to produce IT solutions, both independently and collaboratively

Advanced understanding of Data Management principles and practices (DAMA-DMBOK)

Develop a data management playbook; illustrating our Irving Management System on business data management

Effectively communicate complex information relating to our data management vision and management program

Develop, implement, monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to track and improve our data management system

5+ years of analytics and technology related experience:
