Monitor and manage data system performance, including data security and access.

5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture, preferably in an AWS environment.

In-depth knowledge of Redshift and AWS technologies.

Experience in designing data pipelines, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Experience in developing and applying data standards and policies to ensure data quality, security, and consistency.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of data security, data privacy, and data governance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with software development teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Certifications in data architecture, data modeling, or related fields are a plus.

7+ years of architecture experience

• Develop relationships with business stakeholders, product managers, and delivery teams to build the technology roadmap.

• Experience and/or formal training in architectural design and common industry frameworks (TOGAF, DODAF, EACOE, ZIF, etc.)

• Strong decision-making, consensus building and conflict-resolution skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in person and in written

• Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
