Minimum five years of progressive management/leadership experience in a business or clinical operations. Experience with diagnostic imaging an asset

The Analyst supports management/team members and provides key input into transformative change and business development/cases.

The Analyst will be responsible for frequent communication to peers & direct management.

The Analyst will be responsible for providing recommendations & solutions to direct management with focused scope impacts.

The Analyst will provide key input for ad hoc analysis and KPI management through the creation of dashboards (we use Tableau).

Experience implementing/working through an analytics community of practice (meet-ups, sharing, coding reviews, joint hiring practices, version control, etc.)

Experience engaging customers/stakeholders, assessing needs, developing and executing a product strategy roadmap

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.

Excellent project management skills and adept at multi-tasking and prioritization

Responsible for all local sales data management and data hygiene.

Management of Sales Execution Plan (SEP) reporting.

Sound knowledge and cross-functional experience in data modeling and architecture, and associated KPIs and dashboards.
