Implement Branch Director's directives and ensure branches are efficiently and effectively managed

Manage the daily administrative operations of the branches including the approval of all incoming and outgoing daily transactions

Strong conflict resolution management and problem-solving skills

5 years of senior branch management experience in a comprehensive financial institution environment

2 years of post-secondary education in financial management or a related field

Experienced in successfully leading groups through change

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and impact positive outcomes

Considerable supervisory and administrative experience in the financial industry

• Provide effective management of sales territories and guide efforts to achieve the desired sales and profits

• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge
