Communicate directly with the appropriate department on receipt, or delivery of items above

Clearly demonstrates effective management and supervision of all compliance issues and responsibilities on a daily basis.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Post-Secondary Education (College or University)

Retail Brokerage Experience with minimum of 2 years Investment Advisor experience or similar experience

Demonstrated experience in dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple operations and servicing activities in a fast paced environment.

Experience in managing multiple priorities and in dealing with challenging and sometimes complex situations to drive success.

Prior experience in logistics or office management an asset

Perform vendor setup and management in Catalyst
